What is brickninja?
brickninja is a specialty toy store that focuses on rare or hard-to-get LEGO® items. The name 'brickninja' was just thought up. Its significance is the word 'brick' which implied lego bricks and the 'ninja' part sounded cool!
How can I trust this website?
First of all, I have been an ebay member since 2000 and started selling in 2004. I have transitioned most of my inventory to my online store and off of ebay. I have over 1900+ positive feedback. I am also
PayPal verified with 1000+ verified transactions. The checkout page is handled through a secure server (SSL encryption). Your private information is kept safe. Your information will never be sold and only used for the purpose of completing the transaction.
Are your items authentic LEGO?
Yes, all LEGO items sold are authentic and nothing is custom made. I guarantee everything to be genuine LEGO. No decals or fake, cheap parts are used. All minifigs are authentic minifigs. Any magnet or keychain minifigs will be sold in a separate category and clearly stated. Any custom parts will be clearly stated.
What type of payment do you accept?
As of now, only PayPal is accepted and only in US dollars ($). However, you can pay with any credit card through PayPal to complete the transaction.
How quickly do you respond to email?
I check email daily and will usually respond within 24 hours.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
I process orders within 48 hours. After that, your location determines how fast it will arrive. I ship from California. Normally, Domestic packages will take anywhere from 2-7 days and International packages may take 5-14 days. An email confirmation will be sent when your package is shipped.
You shipped my package, but I haven't received it yet?
Be patient. I ship all packages within 48 hours, so any delay would be with your postal carrier. All Domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. International packages will have no tracking (only customs number). I have not had one package get lost yet ::knocks on wood:: but I have had some delayed for 2-3 weeks. Insurance is an option for Domestic buyers. Registered Mail is an option for International buyers that includes tracking (usually expensive and a smart option for higher value purchases). Also, for international shipments, check with your customs to see if they might be holding it there.
What type of condition are your items?
They are all mostly brand new items. Any used vintage parts/minifigs/sets will be noted and pictures will be provided. I only sell items I would keep myself and collect. Boxed sets are new & sealed but may show normal shelf wear. Everything is in excellent condition and stored efficiently to keep it all that way.
You don't have what I am looking for... can you get it?
I probably would be able to find it for you. First, you would have to
email me describing as BEST you can what you're looking for (color, quantity, size, theme, pictures of it, etc). I will then get back to you if I find it with a price quote, shipping quote, and a minimal fee quote (negotiable) for obtaining it. I will then send you an Invoice, and upon payment I will special order your items. This may take about 7 days to get to me and another 7 days to get to you depending on location. I will keep you up to date on what is happening.
Who created this store/website?
I designed the store layout. All photos of my products were taken by me (with a few exceptions) and cannot be copied or reproduced without my (or original owner) consent. My shopping cart is handled by
Shopify and all payments are handled by
PayPal. My brother designed my logo (see above, the ninja guy) and I just modified it.
Are you affiliated with LEGO?
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site. In other words, I am not affiliated with LEGO.
Are these safe for my 2 year old child?
PLEASE, PLEASE use common sense. The items I sell are small and choking can be a hazard. Adult supervision should be required for young children and if your child still puts things in their mouth, I suggest waiting a few years before buying. Ages 4 and over are recommended, but at your discretion.
Where are these items stored?
All product I carry is stored in a temperature controlled environment and a smoke free environment.
